In Zhecheng County, Henan Province, China, a magnificent 30,000 square meters of steel structure plant was recently completed. It was built by our company, Kerui. This plant was tailored for a leading local pepper processing company to promote the modernization, transformation and upgrading of the pepper industry in Zhecheng.

The raw material storage area is equipped with large-capacity refrigeration facilities to ensure that fresh peppers are preserved in the best condition; the pre-treatment area is equipped with advanced cleaning, cutting and grading equipment to improve the efficiency of raw material processing; the deep processing area concentrates on a series of automated production lines such as mixing, frying, seasoning, and drying, achieving seamless connection from raw materials to finished products; the packaging and storage area adopts an intelligent storage management system to ensure efficient distribution and storage of products.
